"From the outside this accommodation does not look promising- a ground floor property in a block of council flats, the shared hallway is pretty bleak. But the flat itself was fine, a bit basic but it had everything we needed, nice and clean, plenty of towels, quiet despite being next to a busy road. Parking was difficult - in theory there is on street parking but there is a Vehicle Hire/Garage business next door so all the parking spaces are taken up by their vehicles. "Excellent dining experience and food, really good staff and service. Excellent decor in room. Ventilation in room not to our liking though. Very warm and only way to cool the temperature (after turning radiator down) or get more air was to open window as no air conditioning at least in our room. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends."

Just beautiful

"Stay was really lovely and relaxing. Beautiful building, was used as maturity hospital and Roger, the owner told us lots about the history of the building. The room Nbr 4 was just amazing, huge bed, beautiful view, very spacious. I could have spend days in the bathtub. All was very clean, beautifully restored, great breakfast included. Great location, 10 min walk to the town Center, jubilee coastal walk nearby. Absolutely loved it. Thank you Lori and Roger and all the staff! "
