It is beautiful with art work and antiques and many seating areas. Have stayed here many times. The attached restaurant has very good food too.

Nice location, poor bathroom conditions. Toilet clogged, trash can for toilet paper (nasty), only one car parking spot, very rude front desk lady.

Wonderful architecture and comfortable room
The architecture is great with courtyards, tile designs and high ceilings in the rooms. We had a large, clean comfortable room. It was in the middle of the hotel and very quiet. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The bed was comfortable. Good lighting.

Beautiful Sanctuary!
It was amazing. Beautiful little boutique hotel that screams low key luxury and is lovingly decorated with antiques from the area - and absolutely helpful, kind staff. We got our room early and it was a HUGE blessing- the room was cool, comfortable and charming and the beds and pillows SUPERB. We plan to stay here again!The food and ambiance at the attached restaurant, Sottavento is fantastic!

Cute and cuddly
Room was comfortable although the air conditioner and refrigerator were turned completely off prior to arrival. That made the first night a long hot one. The door to the room had a lot of daylight coming through it. All room doors led to outdoor courtyards. This didn’t seem very efficient. The beds were the most comfortable of any recent hotel stay but they were only dressed with sheets and no blankets. Housekeeping was amazing and consistent.

The Hotel Socaire was very conveniently situation right in Center City and had a nice breakfast restaurant Sotavento connected directly through a corridor. Beds were reasonably comfortable, small swimming pool and complimentary cold water was available in the lobby area. For the price it's hard to beat.

This is a lovely building in the historic center. The staff could not have been better. The hotel is spotless. There is a small restaurant attached that serves coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The pool area is very nice.

This is a great hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are spacious, good air conditioning although with the high ceilings and in December, we only had it turned on occasionally. There are all kinds of interesting and beautiful antiques and artwork throughout the hotel. The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We had street side rooms but even so they were quiet, the bed was more comfortable than most. There is a small cafe in the back of the hotel facing Calle 55. Good coffee and breakfasts. We did not eat other meals there, but they looked to be good as well. Also a pretty pool area where we all went swimming. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant stay. very helpful staff with good command of English. Nice cafe with long hours in the hotel. Hotel is a beeautfl, restored mansion, with lovely interior patios, including a ccharming swimming pool in a picturesque setting. Our room was plenty large,, and even though on the street, was quiet and comfortable. It is very close to the center of town, easy walking. Lovely stay.
