"Unfortunately we did not enjoy a beautiful harbor view, we were not he City view side, which is rather meh unless you like looking down on streetcars moving about. Staff was very hospitable and professional, big shout out to the Concierge who graduated from LSU- geaux Tigers. Only other disappointment was that because of cruise ship passengers coming and going en masse, staff seemed overwhelmed at times and the wait for the front desk was extensive at check in. Fortunately they had an express check out option or we would have had to wait another 20-30 to check out. Beautiful hotel in unbeatable location for shopping and site seeing and exploring the old harbor. Room was a little on the chinchy side for a Four Seasons hotel in terms of size and layout, but certainly adequate for our needs."

"Near perfection. Superb location with million dollar views high atop the CBD with the best sight lines of the iconic Opera House, Harbour Bridge and beyond. Wonderful, attentive staff as well as excellent food options morning, noon and night. The Pool, hot tub, sauna and gym experience was a daily luxury during our stay as well. Highly recommend it!"
