"Durch einen Schlüsselsafe ist der Check-In Vorgang kinderleicht. Hat man dann die Türe geöffnet, betritt man eine kleine, sehr zweckmäßige aber dennoch gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Wir finden der schmale Grad zwischen "gemütlich" und "kitschig überfüllt" wurde hier genau getroffen. Auch wenn die Wohnung auf der Hofseite liegt und der Blick aus dem Fenster nach "hinten" raus geht, hat man von dem Sofa dennoch einen herrlichen Blick auf die Dünen...

"Meine Frau und ich waren zwei Wochen in Julianadorp zusammen mit unseren beiden Kids (1, 3 J.). Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und hätten die wohl auch bei schlechtem Wetter gehabt. Das Haus ist top eingerichtet; die Anlage ist ebf sehr gut in Schuss. Allerdings ist es deutlich weiter bis zum Strand als wir vermuteten (die Anzeige sagte 300m; tatsächlich sind es wohl 1,3km, aber das schafft man auch noch.)"

"The property is not even close to its description. It was nosy when we arrived and cannot be seen as private as it is overlooked from close properties on all sides. It was dirty and the "beech art" clearly smelled of rotting. In summary this is not designed to be rented. I would give it zero stars if I ould "

"Die Ferienwohnung Duinroos wurde uns als "Traumvilla" verkauft. Die absolut minimalistische Ausstattung und mehrere Mängel ließen dies aber eher zu einer Albtraumvilla mutieren: Es gab keine Geschirrspülmaschine, obwohl diese im Ausschreibungstext angekündigt war. Im Bad war der Abfluss vom Waschbecken undicht, die Klospülung lief unkontrolliert weiter. In der Dusche gab es keinerlei Abstellmöglichkeit fürs Duschgel und Shampoo. Die feuchten Handtücher ließen sich nicht an dem an der Wand...

The owner was responsive and provided all necessary information and made himself available for any questions.
