Gute Lage mit Strandnähe, um die Highlights der Toskana zu besuchen

Wir sind von Stefano und Christian herzlich empfangen worden. Die Unterkunft bot uns alles, was uns wichtig war: Einen schönen Pool mit Liegemöglichkeiten ggfs. auch im Schatten, nettes Häuschen (Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage, großes Badezimmer/ Dusche, Küche mit Espressokanne und Filterkaffeemaschine, vielen Töpfen und Pfannen etc.), die Möglichkeit zwischendurch mal Wäsche zu Waschen und sehr gutes Internet. Christian sah man nur gut gelaunt und er war immer da, wenn wir ihn brauchten. Fazit: Stefano und Christian waren sehr gute Gastgeber und wir kommen gern wieder. 5 Sterne für beide!

Siamo stati davvero bene l’appartamento era carino e rifornito di stoviglie e piccoli elettrodomestici..ambiente bello e divertente con angolo giochi, anche se secondo me si potrebbe migliorare , tipo la strada molto dissestata e a tratti sterrata ( la mia macchina molto bassa ne ha risentito:..ahimè) ma in complesso ci siamo rilassati divertiti ci torneremo.. Mooie locatie en Resort

Wij hadden het appartement met 3 slaapkamers, deze waren voldoende, en airco. Maar hiervoor dien je wel 25 euro voor gebruik af te rekenen, een verrassing! Verder geen bank om op te zitten? Ja een oude slaapbank, foto doet anders vermoeden. Maar een paar tuinstoeltjes gepakt om te zitten. Verder de rest erg oubollig. Kortom het resort is prachtig, maar het appartement niet! Voor zoveel geld kan je veel beter krijgen. Eigenlijk schandalig duur! Echt met 4 personen is de niet bestaande woonkamer veel te klein. Je leeft eigenlijk in de keuken. De eigenaar gaf myhome de schuld dat ze de foto's verkeerd neerzetten op de site. Ben benieuwd of we nog iets te horen krijgen van Myhome. Ook is er sprake van lekkage in eetkamer. Het appartement zou voor 8 personen kunnen zijn waar je dan moet zitten is ons onduidelijk. Trap is erg smal ongeveer 50 cm. Kortom voorlichting en aanprijzen kloppen niet en prijs kwaliteit verhouding slaat echt nergens op.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in toller Umgebung

Wir haben in dem 130qm Ferienhaus direkt neben dem Pool gewohnt und uns super wohl gefühlt. Stefano (Eigentümer) und Max (seine rechte Hand) sind ausgesprochen zuvorkommend, freundlich und waren immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Wer halbwegs Englisch kann, kommt hier gut zurecht. Das Ferienhaus bietet viel Platz, wir haben die 3 Schlafzimmer belegt und in einem Zimmer noch das zusätzliche Bett für den 2-jährigen Finley genutzt. Wir waren dankbar, dass wir die Klimaanlage zeitweise nutzen konnten, die 40Ct. pro KW waren da wirklich zu verschmerzen (am Ende wurde der Gesamtbetrag sogar noch großzügig abgerundet). Es ist alles sehr gut ausgestattet und wenn wir noch einen Wunsch hatten (z.B. einen Wasserkocher und einen Kinderhochstuhl), dann wurde der sofort erfüllt. 12€ für Bettwäsche und Handtücher kommen pro Person pro Aufenthalt dazu. Zum Zudecken gibt es jeweils eine Bettdecke "italian style", wie Stefano das so nett beschrieben hat: ein großes Bettlaken, das bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen mehr als ausreichend ist. Sollte es mal kühler sein, dann ist eine zusätzliche Decke allerdings schon angebracht - je nach persönlichem Empfinden. Die Wäsche wird bei Bedarf sofort gewechselt. Kurtaxe pro Person und Nacht beträgt 1€. Die Benutzung der Waschmaschine kostet pro Ladung 6€, wobei Waschpulver vorhanden ist. Wer Flüssigwaschmittel bevorzugt, muss das selbst besorgen. Wäscheständer waren in unserem Fall 2 Stück am Haus vorhanden, auch alle anderen Ferienwohnungen haben jeweils Wäscheständer (allerdings keine Wäscheklammern). Das Anwesen liegt mitten in einem großen Waldstück und ist einfach idyllisch und wunderschön. Der Pool ist einfach toll und lässt die Fahrt zum Meer (ca. 15-20 Min). auch immer wieder mal ausfallen, weil es auch dort sehr schön ist. Kinder jeden Alters haben hier wirklich ihre Freude, auch mit Tischtennisplatte und Kicker. Auch Hunde sind hier sehr willkommen. Wir sind sehr tierlieb und wir haben uns gefreut, die Vierbeiner ab und zu streicheln zu können. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Von vielen Gästen haben wir gehört, dass sie bereits seit Jahren immer wieder dort ihren Urlaub verbringen. Nach unserem Urlaub, der mit 12 Tage leider viel zu kurz war, werden wir das ebenso machen. Dank an Stefano für die super schönen Tage in der Toskana, die viel zu schnell zu Ende gingen. Wir kommen wieder!!

Schöne Anlage

Wir waren in der kleinen Villa untergebracht. Diese ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und alles vorhanden. Die Anlage mit schönem Pool ist sehr ruhig gelegen und Campiglia ist wunderschön und gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

amazing holidays

would like to thanks oasis team for the great time off for our family. We had a fantastic time with kids and our two small dogs. Very peaceful place with clean water pool and area around, very helpful and friendly stuff. If you prefer holiday in quite and beautiful place the oasis residence its exactly what you need!!!

Alors nous avons réserver la petite maison/chalet de cette location. Au vu des photos et des commentaires, cela s'annonçait merveilleusement bien. On arrive devant un portail avec une route (à refaire tellement il y a des bosses et des trous) nous amenant devant une belle et grande maison. Dans cette magnifique maison, il y a apparemment les appartements en location. Devant il y a une autre maison assez grande qui peut accueillir passablement de monde (deux familles lorsqu'on y était)... Et là, on nous fait descendre dans le fond de la résidence et nous découvrons interloqué une sorte de maison dont l'extérieur fait penser à un grand débarras ou endroit qui peut servir à stocker du matériel. Et bien c'était notre location... avec une terrasse toujours à l'ombre, l'entrée donne sur une sorte de minuscule veranda dont il y a la cuisine, une petite table et un canapé 2 places, tout cela recouvert d'un toit en plastique. Ensuite il y a deux chambres pas très moderne mais passable et une salle de bain. A notre arrivée nous posons la question sur la climatisation (qui était bien entendu prévue dans la location) et là on nous répond si on en a vraiment besoin... Nous répondons que oui. On nous explique qu'il faudra payer en supplément. Arrivé au soir, nous enclenchons la clim et remarquons qu'elle ne fonctionne pas. Nous avons voulu en toucher un mot mais n'avons vu que l'un des responsables 5 jours plus tard. Cependant, malgré tout cela, nous avons gardé le sourire et espérions pouvoir passer de bonnes vacances, mais c'était sans compter sur tous les insectes que nous avons rencontrés (moustiques, fourmis géantes, taons, araignées, scorpions (non non je rigole pas), scutigère). Nous avons préféré partir un jour plus tôt. Finissons au moins sur une note positive, la piscine, la baby-foot et la table de ping-pong.

wonderful week!

We had a great time at the Residence Oasis. Stefano and Alessandro both welcomed us warmly. The pictures on the internet hold exactly what they promised! The house was cozy and big enough for 7 people, though the equipment was a bit poor (we didn't have enough glasses and plates), but everything was provided quickly when asked for it. For Swiss standards, it could have been a liiiiitle bit cleaner inside the house... ;-) The pool area is absolutely gorgeous and perfect with children and the kids had a great time also with playing table soccer and table tennis. The area is wonderful and Campiglia marittima a neat place with magical hidden places and great restaurants. We loved it! Also the beaches were great (especially la Capannina which is perfect with a crowd of children - life guards are constantly watching very carefully there). We will certainly come back. Thank you for this wonderful week!

Great swimming pool, quiet and well situated.Very friendly hosts.

We stayed in the small villa for two weeks with our three children. On the +, great swimming pool, quiet place, close to Campiglia Marittima (10 minutes on foot), close to different beaches (15 to 25 minutes with the car).The hosts, Stefano and Alessandro are very friendly and helpful. On the -, the two bedrooms and bathroom are contiguous, which can be a problem if not everybody goes to bed at the same time. Lots of mosquitoes, flies, ants, bees, lizards, spiders due to the natural surrounding. We found the place was a bit small for the 5 of us (two adults, 2 young children and a baby).

Nous avons séjourné avec nos deux enfants de 9 et 11 ans dans le chalet de la résidence oasis. Très propre et au calme. Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés et nous ont aiguillé sur les visites à faire. Mais le top du top c'est la piscine !! Les enfants en parlent encore. Bref une bonne adresse.

Gesamteindruck war sehr gut und die Besitzer und Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Über die Kurtaxe/Feriengebühr und die zusätzlich Abrechnung der Klimaanlage (in der Anzeige stand Elektrizität inkl.) sowie die 6 Euro Gebühr für die Waschmaschine hätte man auch gerne im Vorfeld informieren können.

Wonderfull place to relax

We spent 14 days at this wonderfull place. The house and the area around the house was fantastic with the pool as the central point. Always plenty of chairs and Space around the pool. This holiday really helped you to forget about averything and just relax. We would ceretainly like to come back.
