Atendimento muito cortês por parte de todo o pessoal, especialmente a recepcionista Rose, quem me liberou o quarto antes do previsto e atendeu minhas necessidades Beto no restaurante me brindou um serviço 5*****, com grande conhecimento do seu posto de trabalho e muito gentil Hotel com instalações impecáveis, no quarto tudo funcionando perfeitamente, equipamentos novos; limpeza e cheiro muito agradáveis Agradeço também ao Fernando, quem me assistiu no check out e me passou muitas informações de forma muito solícita. Se tivesse que dizer da única coisa a melhorar, seria a piscina pois não pega sol na maior parte do tempo, mas de qualquer forma o espaço é de qualidade Uma excelente experiência que penso repetir muitas vezes !!

Muito bom!
Hotel perfeitamente limpo e organizado. Quartos amplos e aconchegantes. Apenas 2 detalhes, que carecem de alguns ajustes: A Cama queen, é bipartida, com 2 bases e 2 colchões. Um deles estava meio torto, durante a noite a cama "se abriu" criando um buraco no meio. E ficamos no quarto ao lado do elevador, que gera ruídos no quarto a noite toda.

Razoavel. atendimento foi otimo, algumas reclamaçoes: quarto casal onde tem apenas 1 poltrona para o quarto. um come na mesa outro espera ou fica na cama comendo. tem q solicitar cadeira extra. troca de toalhas a cada 2 dias fica bem dificil. café da manhã bom mas alguns talheres sujos no meio dos limpos. tive q solicitar troca de lixo no quarto.. localização mto boa, tem tudo proximo. cardapio do restaurante sem mtas opçoes e custo alto. Proximo vc come bem melhor.
