It's a simple place, but it's comfy. The service personnel was amazing, making you feel at home. A nice pool is available. I wish they had room service for drinks and snacks.

Muito limpa, bem localizada, quartos confortáveis e funcionários solícitos. Só peca em questão de serviços como o bar da piscina, a falta de um cardápio de drinks no restaurante, mas são pequenas coisas perto da experiência em geral.

O hotel é bem localizada, na avenida central, hotel limpo, muito bem organizado. Quarto limpo, organizado, chuveiro muito bom. Café da manhã simples, mas muito gostoso e em ambiente super agradável. O único ponto que não gostamos foi a questão do barulho no domingo pela manhãzinha!!! Era 5h50 já era possível ouvir bem nítido a voz de um homem falando muito alto e rindo, chamando por alguém....logo às 7h20, mais barulhos, parecia furadeira ou batedeira...sei lá!! Mas, muita conversa alta e notamos depois que provavelmente vinham da cozinha do hotel!! Ou seja, antes das 6h00 da manhã num domingo!! Mas, ainda assim, com esses devidos ajustes de conduta, o hotel é super recomendado. Tem muitos pontos positivos. Ahhh, a piscina também é muito boa!

Hotel bom, central, muito limpo com ótimo café da manhã e oferecem canja e creme de cebola como cortesua das 19 às 21h. O quarto é bem pequeno e o banheiro tem uma porta que passa raspando a pia. Prendi meu dedo duas vezes ao fechar.

Conhecemos muito bem a cidade de águas de Lindóia e já testamos vários hotéis. O hotel Casa Blanca tem uma ótima localização e um preço atrativo, decidimos testá-lo. Estávamos em 2 casais e chegamos antes do horário oficial do check in pq tínhamos que trabalhar. Sabíamos que se não houvesse disponibilidade de quarto não entraríamos, zero problemas. O que nos surpreendeu foi o modo como fomos recepcionados, a atendente sequer nos deixou desembarcar do carro nos indagando “o horário do check in é x horas, o que vocês querem ?!” Explicamos que nossa ideia seria ficar em uma área do hotel trabalhando até a hora do checkin, e que havíamos previamente consultado o hotel sobre essa possibilidade e nos foi dito que não haveria problemas A recepcionista, de forma grosseira, prontamente retrucou dizendo que seríamos cobrados por utilizar a estrutura do hotel e que a permanência nas dependências do hotel estaria condicionada ao pagamento desta taxa. Tentamos explicar a situação mas ela estava irredutível e sendo extremamente mal educada. Entendo que a cordialidade é um pilar fundamental na hotelaria e nas relações humanas, não no hotel Casa Blanca. Por fim, foi acordado que o checkin e o checkout seriam antecipados. A gerência do hotel não nos procurou em nenhum momento para saber do ocorrido. É um hotel que não recomendo e nunca mais me hospedarei.
