Tudo funcionou bem. Todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos. Os funcionários da recreação são muito divertidos, o que tornou a nossa estadia muito melhor. Todas as refeições estavam muito gostosas. A pensão completa é ótima pra aproveitar estas comidas.

É meu segundo ano na Village Montana, e novamente comemorando o aniversário da minha vó. Ela fez 90 anos e adora o espaço, que é cercado pela natureza, plantações, lago e promove uma sensação incrível de bem-estar. A equipe é muito simpática e atenciosa, as refeições simples, porém adequadas a proposta do local e saborosas. Café da manhã com frutas, iogurte, diversidade de pães e bolos, frios, e ovos mexidos. O sistema pensão completo é um facilitador que permite descansar e só aproveitar as comodidades. Nessa estadia, tenho apenas um ponto negativo a mencionar. Antes de efetivar a reserva, eu liguei e perguntei sobre quarto próximo a área de restaurante e piscina (que já tínhamos ficado no ano anterior). A pessoa que me atendeu garantiu que sim, que estava disponível e que ficaríamos nesse. Meu pedido foi para facilitar a mobilidade da minha vó, já que o terreno tem subidas e descidas e as ruas são de pedra. No check in, nos informaram que ficaríamos no quarto totalmente oposto. A movimentação interna de ir fazer as refeições, usar área de lazer, e descansar no quarto fiz de carro com ela já que ficamos distante. Não atrapalhou, mas foi negativo afirmarem uma coisa e presencialmente não considerarem meu pedido de troca.

O hotel continua muito bom porém terceirizaram o bar que fica na piscina e o serviço ficou péssimo, fecha antes das 10 em dias que não tem muitos hóspedes durante a semana tbm não colocam música na semana somente no fim de semana .O tratamento deve ser igual com muito ou pouco hóspedes....

O hotel possui o necessário para alguns dias de lazer no campo, sem luxo mas aconchegante. Período de chuva atrapalha um pouco as atividades da região, mas não desagrada o hotel. Alimentação um pouco pesada e oleosa, poderia ter mais opções mais leves. Não é uma alimentação de restaurante de hotel ou bistrô, mas próximo a uma alimentação caseira.

Único problema no meu caso foi a questão da acessibilidade. Como meu filho é cadeirante fica bem complicado ir para o restaurante/piscina por conta muito dos paralelepípedos e as varias escadas. Poucas rampas de acesso. O Hotel precisa de uma maior acessibilidade para deficientes e idosos.

Muito agradável!!!
Lugar muito agradavel para descansar, principalmente para levar crianças e pets.Pôde-se soltar os pets em quase td área do hotel, havendo restrição apenas nas áreas internas....isso valeu por tudo!! Acho que podem melhorar o café da manhã, muito repetitivo e praticamente td industrializado, almoço e jantar mto bom e servido no fogão a lenha!! Valeu!!!
