Recepção bem arrumada, atendimento excelente, só os quartos que não são 100% porque é de carpete antigo e partes descolado e o chão do banheiro também tem piso solto, você pisa e sente que está fofo. Tem alguns insetos, precisam detetizar o hotel, deixei uma barra de chocolate aberta e 5 minutos depois estava cheia de formigas. Mas nada que atrapalha um sono tranquilo e bom.

Escalações péssimas. O chuveiro caiu o chuveirinho e não conseguia colocar e mto menos tomar banho. Não tinha nem ao menos toalha.

Cafe da manha co varias opções ,todos que trabalha no hotel nota 10,super atencioso, Otima localizacao , no centro de água de Lindóia perto de tudo.. Voltarei em breve.
