We hired a car and we could park right in the front of the building, but if you arrive around the time that the schools go out, you might have to park somewhere else first. "Room was comfortable, had a porch, ac, kitchen, and bidet. There is a cafe next to the building. Gym has a leg curl, leg extension, lat pull down, preacher curl and a universal. The negative is that there is one clip and no handles for the universal. there is an outdoor patio off the gym with a jacuzzi but the water was not inviting. All in all, very good place for the money. "

"Excellent Hosts. They communicated with us all the time. Our breakfast was also included in the rate and was even delivered to the apartment in a schedule that fitted our own. "Not certain what I can add, to the multitude of reviews already submitted. The great: - Excellent central location, walking distance to museums, restaurants, shops, etc. - The staff I dealt with were polite, helpful and friendly. The good: - The free breakfast had a good selection of food, and operated from 6:00-10:00 AM. The early start was helpful for guests going on early tours, or departing for the airport early, who could have breakfast before leaving. - The bathroom in my room had instant hot water, unlike many LATAM hotels and hostels which have lukewarm water at best, after running the water for 5 minutes. The Average: - the wifi was spotty. In my room, my iPhone had virtually no connectivity. My tablet was better. I sometimes had to go to the lobby to get strong enough wifi for some online activities. - Yes, the hotel is old. All the bathroom fixtures, light switches, etc., are old school, but in good repair. Just don’t expect a lot of modern conveniences. For example, my bathroom was very tiny, to the point where my knees would touch the opposite wall while I was sitting on the toilet The Poor: - My room was adjacent another establishment, so noise from next door was common, via the window, though generally tapered off around 11:00 PM. Also, the interior hard surfaces of the hotel (tile, hardwood doors, metal keyed locks) were conducive to noise transmission. I tried to be mindful of this when coming and going at quiet times, but many guests were not. "

"Old hotel that’s been kept amazingly well. Extremely clean and very well located. Breakfast items were decent compared to what you’d normally get at other Argentine hotels—they had scrambled eggs and Greek yogurt, which I appreciated. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would recommend and come back if I’m ever in the area"

"The service from everyone at the hotel was impeccable - friendly and professional. Good location right on the main square. Hotel has maintained a good part of its colonial heritage.
