"Very friendly and helpful. We did not speak Italian but Nico spoke English. Very clean and nice spacious unit. Definitely read the instructions sent from Hotels.com to prepare yourself for the arrival as there is no standard 24 hour manned check in desk so you have to call the property before your arrival to let them know of your arrival."

Needed to turn on lights ourselves. Tried to locate our unit when the lights went out. We got the heck out of there. Not impressed at all. Expedia will be refunding us our stay.
