My experience at B&B São José dos Campos was not good at all. They gave us room P-006 which is 1 st floor in an open area to the lobby. Every time the door downstairs opened, you could hear inside the room. People talking, staff talking and phone ringing was literally so disturbing that we requested to move rooms. The staff hesitated and not even apologized for what was happening. Never again.

Apesar de uma estadia rápida, supriu as necessidades. Só não gostei da garagem que é muito apertada, mas pra quem quiser, dá pra pernoitar na rua em frente ao hotel, parece seguro. Senti falta de sabonete em barra, shampoo e condicionador, o hotel oferece um 3x1 e achei meio esquisito pq parecia o mesmo produto na pia do banheiro e no chuveiro, estranho, rs não tinha nem uma água de Cortesia e os frigovares vazios, café da manhã simples mas muito Bom, atendimento muito atencioso.

Melhorias no estacionamento
Foi uma viagem para curtir o feriado. No check-in, apenas uma funcionária na recepção para fazer tudo, o que tornou demorado pois tinham outras pessoas na frente. Estacionamento para carros pequenos em um andar abaixo do subsolo horrível, com uma rampa perigosíssima toda em curvas e estreita. Pessoas sem prática, com certeza não sobe. Hotel precisa rever esta rampa com urgência. Sem telefone nos quartos, somente whatsapp, o que torna o retorno demorado, pois só tem uma funcionária na recepção. A roupa de cama estava com manchas de sangue. Solicitei a troca através do whatsapp, como o retorno foi demorado, precisei me deslocar até a recepção para fazer a troca. Toalha de rosto também estava cheia de manchas, encardida. Café da manhã muito bom! Salão para o café um pouco apertado e barulhento. Funcionária da recepção muito atenciosa.

Limpeza do chão do quarto ruim. De resto, ok.
Instalações entregam o que promete: um hotel simples, mas bonito pra dormir e sair. No entanto havia um campeonato ou algo do gênero no estacionamento no subsolo que atrapalhou estacionarmos o carro. Estacionamento bem ruim, feio, velho, sujo e lotado de adolescentes. Não foi legal. O piso do quarto estava meio sujo, não foi bacana. De resto ok.

Hotel com bom custo beneficio, café da manhã muito bom, mas deixa a desejar na qualidade do enxoval que esta um pouco gasto, toalhas com. manchas. Outra coisa que estranhei é que o estacionamento que antes era cortesia agora tem diaria de 15 reais sem manobrista e com as vagas muito apertadas. O senhor que fica na garagem foi muito mal.educado comigo

Estacionamento poderia ser mais cômodo.
Meu único incoveniente foi com relação ao estacionamento que é cobrado a parte, e a prestação do serviço em si não foi das melhores. Explicando: quando você chega no hotel, tem um botão de intercomunicador, porém, demora um pouco pra alguém abrir o portão do estacionamento. Quando vc vai sair, é você que tem que apertar o botão de "campanhia" para abri-lo, não tem um porteiro de fato te auxiliando nem quando chega e nem quando vai sair. E por vezes vc precisa esperar alguem abrir o portão pra vc entrar. E no hotel não tem serviço de quarto e o restaurante não funciona a noite, é só o café da manhã. Entretanto, o quarto que ficamos é super confortável.
