"Overall experience was great. The staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed the special experience of having a functional fireplace in the room. It kept us nice and warm on a chilly night (even though the chimney was rusted with many holes for smoke to enter the room). Alpenhaus is bit far from Capivari, but it was nice to see another part of Campos do Jordao and is really close to Boa Vista Palace. They...

"It was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. I felt very welcomed and all the staff treated us like family. The breakfast is great, the room is great and cozy. Great heating, great wifi, great hot water. I liked all the details they put into this hotel and my wife liked it too. I could even see the hotel from Morro do Elefante which was cool!"
