Property is very nice and convenient to many shops and restaurants. The breakfast options could be. A little more diverse, but grateful It was included. Staff was very friendly. Thank you.

pool was not open while was burning hot outside. room needs renovation. there is a kitchen in the room but no microwave, only a mini fridge. staff was attentive and polite. location is great. could see dirt around the room. it needs better attention.

Prático e confortável

Segunda vez que preciso pernoitar em SJC e escolho esse hotel. Cama confortável e chuveiro bom. A única ressalva é com relacao a internet que não estava boa. Ele é pet friendly e tem microondas no quarto, o que facilita muito pra mim que viajo sempre com minha cachorrinha.

O hotel não estava com a sua lotação máxima, mas a atendente não permitiu que fizéssemos um check in antecipado (90 minutos antes do horário permitido). O apartamento é espaçoso e confortável, contava com chaleira elétrica, duas TVs, mesa para refeições e amenities. Mas tinha dentro do box do banheiro uma coluna estrutural que atrapalhava a movimentação. Chuveiro com jato forte, água com temperatura regulável e agradável. Ambiente para café da manhã bom, atendentes atenciosos e corteses, itens variados e de qualidade. Sala de ginástica compacta mas com equipamentos bons para musculação e cárdio. A localização é muito boa, os recepcionistas atenciosos, a suíte tem uma dimensão excelente, as condições de limpeza estavam satisfatórias. Pontos que precisam de atenção: o black-out das cortinas não funcionam bem - foto anexa - e o café da manhã oferecido (terceirizado) pode melhorar muito.

Quarto ok. Uma pilastra dentro do box do chuveiro, meio estranho. Eles deuxam um aviso no quarto dizendo que qualquer mancha nos lençóis gerará o custo da peça, MAS, o lençol vem manchado, ou seja, a regra só vale contra o hóspede, para eles não. Hotel vazio e não me deixaram fazer um late check out de uma hora. Alegaram que no hotel inteiro só há dois quartos como o meu, que todoa os outros são melhores que o que eu fiquei e que já estava reservado. Barulho constante próximo ao quarto, não muito alto, mas constante. Ar condicionado fraco, não deu conta.

Bom hotel porém caro. Custo-benefício não compensa

Boa, porém o custo benefício na minha opinião não valeu a pena. Diária de valor alto para as condições apresentadas. Recepcionista, Ruben, maravilhoso. Porém, duas coisas me desagradaram . A primeira sobre a taxa pet . Concordo com a taxa mas cobrar 100 reais e não fornecer nada, nem um tapete higiênico não concordo . A segunda, foi me informado no check in que a taxa do café da manhã era de 35 reais, mas quando já havia tomado o café e fui pagar, fui informada que o valor de fim de semana é mais caro. Detalhe, essas informações não estão disponibilizadas nos aplicativos. Enfim, estadia razoável e cara.
