Hotel is very clean and cozy. Staff are very professional and helpful. They have the most comfortable neds I have ever experienced atva hotel. Continental breakfast is "meh" however there are lots of other options available locally

I had a room with a queen bed. The bedskirt was filthy with stains on it. The 2 chairs in the room had towels covering their seating area. The couch was plywood with cushions on top. Also covered with a blanket to cover up its age and condition. Just needs to be updated

It's an older property that has experienced no updates. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is wonderful. Breakfast is single serving packaged bread/bagels/waffles/pastries for toasting, cereals, yogurt, fruit cups. No hot food prepared.

Room was spotless. Parking spot for each room is reserved right in front of the door! Bed was very comfortable. Shower head was not fancy, no options. But the flow was strong and the temperature consistent and was honestly one of the best showers I have had in a long time! The agent at the front desk went out of her way to make me comfortable when had a very late check-in. She went above and beyond the call of duty, finding an item for me at that time of night that I had forgotten to pack. The air quality in the room was good. I will book this accommodation specifically should I be back in Camrose again.
