K-kup coffee and snacks provided for us adults and doggie treats, water bowl and doggie toy provided for our pup, what a nice personal touch, thank you so much. "Upon arrival, two back entry doors were unlocked. Trash and dishwasher were full. Quickly found out that there are actually 3 sections to the house. 1. The upper part of the house which is locked off, including the upper deck. 2. The area that is not shown in any of the advertisement pictures that you will have access to and 3. The area which they advertise- this is accurate as shown just jankier (scuff walls, rust on wall heaters) in real life. The biggest issue is the unadvertised area. The carpet is old, outdated, and smells of dust. It's overwhelming and seeps into the rented area. It's gloomy and erie that I felt I needed to clear the area to ensure no one ease was in the house every time we came back. The only door the door code worked on the was main door, not the back door as instructed to use. The main entry is not inviting along with the musty and dust smell instantly. The exterior lighting is very dim and feels unsafe. Add that with the erie undisclosed area, and breathing in dust every breathe, I did not sleep well. Both beds appear to be old and hard , all three tvs are old and screen doesn't display the whole picture. No dead bolts for added security. One blind on main door just wasn't there. Missing cover plate under the dishwasher, bathroom baseboard had black marks in some sections. The hot tub and back deck were nice. But there is no upkeep around the house. I wish i could add pictures to accurately disclose what the Whole property looks like."

"We were 5 couples in town for a wedding. House was a great fit, well stocked, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out or be together. The beautiful grounds were an added bonus as we enjoyed some botchy ball, and walks around the property. Would definitely recommend this house and would stay again! Hosts were great with terrific communications!"
