"Fantastic communication from Doromas from booking before arrival which made our arrival smooth and easy. Lovely authentic Spanish country cottage, lots of character and everything you could need. The fan in the bedroom and lounge helped with our first few nights until we acclimatised to the heat. Wonderful to be able to see the donkeys every morning and the friendly cats who never intruded into our little house. "L'appartement est dans un immeuble neuf. Il est bien équipé, assez spacieux et clair. Le balcon est un peu petit, on ne peut pas s'y installer, dommage. Mais le reste très bien. Au centre du village, sur la route principale, on est proche de tout : Le paseo, les commerces, les bars, le glacier et bien sûr la plage et le port... Pas besoin de voiture ! "Eigentlich recht schön, aber das Potential wird nicht ausgeschöpft. Von einem Frühstück zu sprechen, wenn morgens ein kleines Baguette an der Tür hängt, ist schon ziemlich dreist. Am Samstag gab‘s das dann aber erst um 9:00 Uhr und Sonntag fiel es ganz aus."

"Ich habe ein Ferienhaus gebucht und eine Ferienwohnung bekommen. Die Ausstattung zum Kochen war sehr dürftig. Ein Schneidemesser musste ich erst anfordern und mit 1 Pfanne (und einer Minipfanne) lässt es sich für eine Familie schwer kochen. Die Fotos waren aus der Nachbarwohnung aufgenommen. Die 3 Schlafzimmer hatten kein Fenster. Die Fotos haben anderes gezeigt. Die Lage war trotzdem sehr schön. Aber ich mag es nicht, wenn einem etwas vorgetäuscht wird. Das ist unnötig und ärgerlich."

"Von Puntagorda aus läßt sich die Insel gut mit Tagestouren erkunden. Für Wanderer ein günstiger Ausgangspunkt. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber sauber, großzügig und alles, was benötigt wird ist vorhanden. Einkaufen und Restaurant sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die deutschen Vermieter sind nett und unkompliziert. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung."

"We had a really pleasant stay in this excellent accommodation. The house was spacious with a great open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room. It was fully equipped and there was a great log burner which was very cosy on chilly evenings. The garden is big and overlooks the vineyards with a wonderful view over Puerto de la Cruz and the sea in the distance. Lesley gave us some very helpful advice regarding places to visit and good restaurants to try. I would definitely recommend this accommodation...

Only one room (and that quite small) and the main picture on the web offer was of a different property. No cooking facilities whatsoever. No fridge. No heating whatsoever. (and it was freezing!). "The house provided a lovely quiet location from which to easily explore the island. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was simple and one small issue we had was addressed and fixed immediately even though we were leaving the next day. The garden is beautiful and a lovely sun trap with options of places to sit in sun or shade, vertical or horizontal and there is also a bar b que. would definitely recommend. Thank you."
