Two bedroom apartment on level 9 in the heart of the CBD and 2 minutes walk to the city centre and ANU. Complex has foyer concierge available. Free parking

Perfect for a couples, groups and families.

One bedroom has a queen bed and the second has two single beds.

The Complex has its own gym and sauna facility available for use.

Wi-Fi and access to smart TV’s, Netflix and Sonos Bluetooth speaker.

The Space:
Close to city centre; shopping; restaurants, cafes and bars; Lake Burley Griffin; CBD; Parliament House; ANU; National Museum of Australia.

Most pets welcome limit 2, dogs must be kept on lead while in common areas. Must be house trained and all mess must be cleaned up. Additional cleaning charges apply should this not be undertaken.

***Please Note*** due to being a apartment complex there is a no party policy and noise needs to be kept to minimum after 10pm, non compliance can result in removal of guests without refund and will result in a $500 fee. Please consider other places if this is your intention. We also have a no smoking/ vaping policy within the apartments both indoors and out. Non compliance will result in a $200 cleaning fee. Well appointed and kitted out unit. Location absolutely awesome and we loved being able to park underneath. So close to lots of restaurants. Highlight also - whole building is pet friendly. We met lots of happy neighbours with gorgeous dogs.
