The lake foreshore reveals a collection of waterfront restaurants and the popular Belconnen Arts Centre.

The Belconnen Interchange is about 650 metres from the apartment on Cohen Street. It has multiple bus lines running regularly to the city centre and Canberra Airport in between 25 and 40 minutes.
