Welcome to our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Dickson. You can access all the property's amenities throughout your stay.
Nestled in a quiet spot a very short walk from the popular Dickson Wetlands, Dickson shops and the new light rail system.
The house is in beautiful condition and includes a private sunny front deck and courtyard which flows off the main living area. There is also a separate outdoor gazebo area.
Ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling add year round comfort.
This house has multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, separate bedrooms, and separate bathrooms / laundry.
BEDROOM:
The house has a 4 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed
Bedroom 2: King-sized bed
Bedroom 3: Double-sized bed
Bedroom 4: Single-sized bed
All beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
First bathroom: Toilet and shower
Second bathroom: Toilet, shower, and bath.
We provide bath towels, shampoo, condition, toilet paper and body wash.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving for a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- microwave
- toaster
- crockery and cutlery
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
The property can be accessed using an electronic code for the door. Although I am just a message away if you need help checking in.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
From this peaceful, friendly neighborhood it is just steps to all the shops and restaurants of the vibrant Dickson centre. A wide choice of sought-after primary, secondary schools and colleges are all within walking distance. A network of bike paths, as well as light rail, ensure a smooth trip into the City centre.
Close to shops and tram, and the very popular Dickson Wetlands, right in the heart of the Inner North! It also boasts a serious range of features including multiple indoor and outdoor living areas

We also have a gardener who checks the garden once a month.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard check in/out times. We'd need to collect $20 for the first 30 minutes and additional $40 for the next 30-minute increments when there is a breach in the observance of standard check in and out times.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result to a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the regular cleaning and linens in the property. As this is not a hotel, please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be requested (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy on our Airbnb listing.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay in our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of people that can book the property. Any non-guests must leave by 10:00 pm. And there should strictly be no loud noise after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty if this house rule is breached.
7. There are some items in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk) which you are welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics (i.e. muesli). We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. I list my property as not suitable for kids or infants as it is not child-proofed and we don't have baby amenities (i.e. high chair, cot). However, if the kids will be under adult supervision at all times, booking with children is no problem.
9. The property will be holding a security deposit for all stays. If no damages are identified, the full amount will be released within 3 days of check-out. In case of damages, necessary fees will be deducted, and affected parties will be promptly notified.
