Welcome to your 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms apartment in Civic. You can access all the apartment's amenities throughout your stay.
This home is located on the 8th level of the building. You will have access to lifts for easier check-in and check-out.
BEDROOM:
Your bedrooms has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- crockery and cutlery
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
Temporary Parking Entrance:
- Contractors have lowered and disabled the damaged roller door on the up ramp off Rabual Lane for security purposes. It is unable to be used until further notice.
- All residents need to use the entrance at Park Avenue.
The parking garage can fit up to 1 car.

COMMON AREA:
Due to the pandemic, common areas may be closed without prior notice. Please refer to the updated guidelines and announcements on the premises at the time of your arrival.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.
There is a key-safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!

NOTES:
- There is only access from Akuna St. You cannot access from Allara St as that end of Rabaul land is blocked off for works. To reach the garage, you will need to turn onto Rabaul Lane from Akuna St. The current close of Rabaul Lane (both directions) between Nangari Street and CCG House driveway will be extended until possibly the end of September due to underground utility installations.
- The keys are collected from an offsite location.
- The parking space is nice and large. Please look at the instructions to help you locate it as it’s in a multilevel building.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $55 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
