The Impressive Onyx apartment, situated on the first floor of the Woolstore, boasts an unparalleled view overlooking a 25m Magnesium lap pool. This spacious north-facing apartment offers a world away from home, nestled within the vibrant Kingsborough Village. We have an EV charging station available on LG Parking.

A spacious entertainer's kitchen overlooks the expansive living area, accompanied by large double-glazed sliding doors that open onto a private north-facing balcony. From this vantage point, guests can relish serene views of the pool and village. Additionally, the apartment features two nicely separated bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and ample storage. You'll never want to leave!
An open central atrium allows light and air to flow into the building's core. The Kingston Foreshore is about 5 minutes away!
BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM: Bathroom 1 has a shower and a toilet, while Bathroom 2 has a bathtub, a shower, and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to restock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 50" smart Kogan TV that you can use. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platforms subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account. The TV also has access to local channels.
LAUNDRY AREA: A washer is available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. NOTE: Clothes dryer is not available!
PARKING: The residential garage provides space for one car. There is 3-hour street parking or free parking on the road. Visitor Parking is located on the LG floor before entering the garage.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the common garden/courtyard/rooftop throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to the owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.
There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge

Kingsborough is a new urban village where the ideas of community, creativity and sustainability collide. It’s nestled behind the buzzing Kingston Foreshore and offers something a bit different for Canberra’s inner south. There are shared gardens. A village square with a strip of shops. But most of all: a sense of community. Kingsborough is made up of 280 apartments, terrace homes and warehouse dwellings that provide a perfect retreat from city life.
The Onyx Flat, located in the inner south, is a short walk from the Kingston Shops and the Kingston Foreshore.

The nearest bus stop is at Wentworth Av after Dawes St (550m).
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. 1. Let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard check-in/out times. We'd need to collect $20 for the first 30 minutes and an additional $40 for the next 30-minute increments when there is a breach in the observance of standard check-in and out times.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the regular cleaning and linens in the property. As this is not a hotel, please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be requested (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy on our Airbnb listing.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of people that can book the property. Any non-guests must leave by 10:00 pm. And there should strictly be no loud noise after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty if this house rule is breached.
7. There are some items in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk) that you are welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics (i.e. muesli). We don't stock in the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).
9. The property will be holding a security deposit for all stays. If no damages are identified, the full amount will be released within 3 days of check-out. In case of damages, necessary fees will be deducted, and affected parties will be promptly notified.

Fabulous apartment overlooking a spectacular magnezium indoor pool.
Well provisioned and tastefully decorated. Will definitely be back and will bring my swimsuit next time! On a side note, the apartment did have an odour upon arrival. Slightly fishy. Not enough to marr a gorgeous place, but certainly noticeable. Not sure where it was coming from as the kitchen was very clean. Comfy beds and lovely luxury bedlinen. Good value.
