The Residence is an architecturally designed, secluded 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom contemporary free-standing home with a private garden and pool.


The spacious, creative and light filled house has been specifically designed to capture the northern sun while providing total seclusion. The open-plan layout of the living room and kitchen presents an uncluttered oasis of wood, polished cement, a light palette, and sharp design lines that complement the abundant natural light.

It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a loft and a modern kitchen.

The house is filled with natural light and sunshine. Every detail has been considered - quality appliances, super fast WIFI, the highest quality comfy king and queen beds with lovely linen, flat screen TVs, Netflix,and carefully chosen original artworks. This is the perfect base to return to after your Canberra adventures. With reverse cycle air conditioning, under floor heating, ceiling fans, a gas fire place, modern appliances this home makes for a very comfortable stay in the inner south of Canberra.

The house has off street parking, including a carport.

It is just a short stroll to the Griffith shops and restaurants and a short drive to Manuka, parliament house and the Kingston foreshore.

Great Getaway
This property is well presented. The house is perfect, it offers everything you need for every season. A small pool for the summer months and a fireplace and heating throughout for cooler months. It is situated in a very nice suburb and is close to other lovely places such as Manuka and Kingston.
