Guests have full use of the whole studio. Please note that there is a door between the studio and the main house. This is a locked door, so the studio is fully secure from the house. Entry to the studio is via the private external door on the right side of the house.

- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn't a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.
