This property has been setup solely for the use of guests and no expense has been spared for the most comfortable stay possible! The property is adequately equipped with everything that you might need to cook up a storm, along with everything you will need in the bathroom & laundry. We provide beautiful 1000 thread count linen to ensure that your stay is as close to 5 star hotel quality was possible!
Please note there are 2 small steps from the kitchen down into the living/ dining room.
Guest Access:
Located in the beautiful Powerhouse complex, you are within walking distance of some incredible cafes & restaurants along the Kingston Foreshore. A short stroll to Lake Burley Griffin should you choose to do the iconic "Bridge to Bridge walk" which is very popular amongst Canberrans (allow 1.5 hours at a slow stroll).
Other Things to Note:
Parbery property can supply a portacot and high chair on request for an extra $50 fee.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Barty by Parbery Property. It is a beautifully appointed apartment with a fantastic kitchen in a very funky apartment block. It is a fantastic position very close to the Kingston waterfront restaurants and an easy 40 minute walk along Lake Burley Griffin to the National Gallery of Australia, National Portrait Gallery and the Australian Parliament House. If we ever return to Canberra, we would love to stay there again

Fantastic apartment in a superb location
Fantastic apartment in a great location. Nicely furnished making it a very pleasant stay. Walking distance to restaurants and the local Supabarn is fantastic and very close. Easy parking and good building security. Well contained with everything we needed. Only suggestion is to have more coat hangers in the robe.
