This centrally located Kingston 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and convenience. Just minutes from Canberra Railway Station and surrounded by shops, government offices, and restaurants, this stylish apartment provides a comfortable and practical base for both business and leisure travelers.
BEDROOMS:
The bedrooms feature queen-sized beds with professionally cleaned and pressed linen, along with ample wardrobe space for your belongings.
BATHROOMS:
The bathrooms are equipped with showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash, though guests may need to restock these items as needed.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, stovetop, microwave, oven, crockery and cutlery, and a dishwasher. A simple breakfast selection of muesli, milk, coffee, and tea is provided. For longer stays, guests will need to purchase additional food items.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 55" smart TV with access to local channels, Netflix, and YouTube. Please note that guests will need their own streaming accounts to access Netflix and YouTube.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available for use, along with an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The garage can fit one car. If additional parking is needed, there is free street parking available for up to 2 hours.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.
There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
This apartment is ideally located close to government offices, making it perfect for professionals. There are numerous restaurants nearby, and Manuka Oval is just a few minutes away for sports enthusiasts. Grocery stores and shopping centers like Manuka Terrace are also within close proximity.
The apartment is just 3 minutes from Canberra Railway Station and a 4-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, which offers 24-hour transit services. Uber is a convenient option for getting around.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.

1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $55 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
