"Spacious and extremely well furnished and equipped, this apartment has lovely views over the golf course and bay. The owner’s communications were timely, friendly and very helpful. His reception staff were lovely. One criticism would be that the duvets provided could do with replacement; and , perhaps, the rear doors with a repaint! But a lovely place , and a most comfortable and happy stay."

"Une odeur prégnante de moisi et de renfermé (surtout dans le meuble contenant la vaisselle qui oblige à systématiquement la laver avant utilisation), le canapé type BZ est inconfortable, s'asseoir dessus est une épreuve ! Et les tapis au sol sont usagés et ne renvoient pas un ressenti de propreté. Dommage !! La petite cour est sympa mais un mini parasol ne suffit pas pour pouvoir y déjeuner. Dommage car ce logement est vraiment bien situé."

This is fine if you've got older children, but I wouldn't have been comfortable with younger children sleeping there. "These are units within Le Village Cancalais holiday residence. They are very close to the Cancale port where they are numerous wonderful restaurants. The units are a bit cramped with very narrow stairs leading up to the bedrooms. The toilet is downstairs, while the bedrooms and showers are upstairs.
