Las personas de recepción estaban de mal humor desde que estabamos en fila. Nos tardamos mas de 50 minutos en hacer el check in. La recepcionista, incluso teniendo mi identificación, insistia en darme la documentación de otra persona diciendo que era la de mi cuarto, yo le dicia que no y ella insistia, bastante grosera. Al pagar con American Express no se reflejaba el pago de inmediato por lo que tuvimos que esperar ahi mas de 10 minutos incluso mostrando que la terminal si lo habia cobrado. Pesima experiencia el check in en estos hoteles. Hubo dos otros clientes que llegaron por error y en lugar de ayudarlos se molestaban diciendo que estaban en el lugar equivocado. Tuvimos que intervenir para que los apoyaran en minimo decir a donde ir, les falta empatia con sus culientes y los turistas. Los cuartos bien, pero las camas muy duras.

The restaurant at the hotel closes quite early at 10 PM, and after that, there isn't much available around the property. I would suggest ordering in through Uber Eats. The hotel shuttle is free but can take some time to arrive. We were stuck at the airport for 2 hours before the driver showed up. On a positive note, the rooms were clean, and the hotel served its purpose as a good landing spot in Cancun. Breakfast was offered and it was tasty. Overall, while there were some inconveniences, the hotel provided a decent stay.

The woman who checked me in spoke no English and although I speak Spanish it was difficult to understand a problem I encountered with checking in. Other than that, the room was clean, the wi-fi was excellent, the water was hot and I appreciated the free shuttle.

Check in was a nightmare, took over 20 minutes (and I was the only one)… Lobby without A/C and finally keys didn’t work (twice). Accommodations are really basic.

A budget-friendly hotel in good condition. Although airport transfers were included, we opted not to use them as we rented a car just 10 minutes from the airport. The hotel is surrounded by convenient spots like a plaza and a 7-Eleven. Breakfast is included, offering simple options such as toast, scrambled eggs, beans, salad, cheese, oat flakes, and beverages like coffee and juice. English is not widely spoken, and service was minimal, but overall, it’s good value for the price. There was a slight odor, possibly from fresh paint. We stayed on the 4th floor in a double room with a pool view.

Well I use Expedia to book it, but before I had a chance to put the day in it ask for a credit card and it was booked, came to find out we booked a room for the same day but we weren’t leaving till Friday, but Expedia doesn’t want to work with me or the hotel, all waist and terribly disappointed, they stole a night from me.

Front desk Christian need to not be eregant to ges
Check in was realy rough, we were 2 couple, the front desk needs more training, "Christian" is trying to come across as professionally, but in stead, he comes across as arrogant, and above you, with sarcastic coments. The manager had to step in. Other than that our stay was excellent, everyone else there was very professional and amazing, from house keeping, hotel shuttle, and breakfast staff.. and a huge shout out to Bruno.. He, was my favorite. Very professional, Very kind, and made me feel like I couldn't easily stay there again. Thank you to everyone that made our stay enjoyable.
