Splendid! Simply Splendid!

We stayed here for the last two weeks of a seven week tour of the Yucatan. We needed a place to rest, enjoy the heat and prepare to come back home. This was ideal. The penthouse is exactly as shown in the pictures. The view is to die for and the breeze coming of the lagoon kept the place cool and fresh. We enjoyed long lazy afternoons by the pool and the proximity of movies, restaurants, shops etc. The staff at the complex kept the place immaculate and were always friendly and willing to try and understand my Spanish. It couldn't have been better and we will go back.

Perfect Place For Family Vocation

Forget about those superficial, costly hotel and resort. This is a real place for family vocation. The owner Miss Monica is a great host. She is very nice and enthusiastic. Her place locates at a great spot. Takes less than 25 min getting to the airport. There is a big shopping and restaurant area 2 min away. 10 mins from hotel zone and ferries. The house is clean, well equipped and huge. It has kitchen, laundry, ac, wifi, 4 balconies, you name it. The view of the house is one of the kind. I can look at the sea while laying on the king size bed. The vision is wide open without any block. If I want a view like this at hotel, it is going to be much more expansive. There are two exclusive parking spots and plenty of visitor space downstairs. Even if it is raining outside, my family get inside the house dry and clean. At night it was absolutely quiet and safe. I really enjoy my stay there.
