Property was very nice. Excellent location by the beach and the access was good. Nice pools in the property. Minus points are: Check-in time was horrible. Had to wait in line for nearly an hour for check-in. Front desk was not helpful when I had an issue with booking through Expedia. They had an error in age of one of the child but was not willing to help fixing.

The AC in the first room didn't work and I had to go to the reception 5 times to tell the staff (because they don't pick up the phone). The room was super warm at night and it made me sick (literally). They changed my room the next day and didn't provide any adjustment/reimbursement for the terrible experience. I was working from the property and the electricity and wifi went away for 30 mins. It caused major problem for my business and my client was unhappy. I would never go back here. WORST hotel I ever lived in.

The room had a musty, moldy smell. On two occasions, maintenance had to send a crew to fix clogged pipes and flush the system. The vanity sink also became clogged. Additionally, there was water leaking through the ceiling, even after repairs were made, forcing us to switch rooms. The manager was rude during a phone conversation with my wife and hung up when she expressed frustration about dirty water dripping on us. While the food was acceptable and the staff was polite, the ongoing construction was disruptive and extremely noisy. We also lost electricity twice during our short four-day stay. We would not recommend it at all.

This property was very convenient, multiple pools. The hot tubs could have been hotter. We experienced not Having electricity twice during our stay and an issue with getting the room cleaned but when we went to the front desk the manager did not hesitate to compensate us for being inconvenienced. The bar staff was fun and the food was pretty good. I would stay there again.
