It was clean nice staff and pool the food not so good specially the breakfast and also didn’t like that they don’t specify when you make your reservation about the limited access to the restaurants is all inclusive only in the name but when you get there the history is different.

This property was oh k did not meet my expectations at all, food was not that good, rooms where old and not up to date, staff was good kids liked it they had daycare for the little once 1hr 4 years old n up. I give this hotel a 2 star

The property is very beautiful. It is very large a lot of great amenities a lot of different activities to keep you occupied during your stay. The food lax seasoning there weren’t many options at the all-inclusive restaurants. The beach was not easily accessible. There was a drop down to get to the shoreline not recommended for young children.

I loved there was something for everyone it was easy to get to not fsr from airport n easy access to get the bus to go to the shopping centers so many food chooses it is a big resort so its a lot of walking the entertainment is more on one side or main lobby area the down everything closes early pool i think was 7 nightlife 12.but overall a nice place.I would go back.

The entry to the property is beautiful! The rooms were cozy when entering; however, the amenities lack thereof. Alcohol beverages are readily available, but it takes forever and many request for WATER. Food was okay, not the best. I suggest to download the app before checking in the hotel to avoid not being able to book a restaurant reservation.
