Overall, had a terrible experience with this hotel. Our room had a horrible smell to it, even worse in the bathroom. Continental breakfast was just an open bag of cereal. Halfway through our stay our power got shut off, only to our room which was odd. Every other room had power except ours. It took the staff over 24 hours to turn our power back on. The lady at the front desk was very nice, but the rest of the staff weren’t helpful. This was also by far the noisiest hotel I’ve ever witnessed. Starting from around 2am to 10am we would just hear music and people yelling the entire time, the walls are paper thin. It was incredibly hard to even sleep. Do not recommend for travelers.
Selected pay at hotel option and their credit card machine was down. They only took cash and said they didn’t have change either. Was also very loud in the morning and the beds were uncomfortable.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
the staff that welcomed us was very irresponsable, didnt know anything about our stay.
The other guests there seemed more like tenants than guests, yelling to each other in the hallways and having personal phone calls right outside our door. The hotel is VERY deteriorated and the bathroom was disgusting!
We wouldn’t stay here again. The room was spacious with good AC but it needed a very good clean! The corridors and reception area needed a clean too. The shower smelt of stagnant water. I’m not sure how frequently the pool water is changed. The breakfast was very poor with just cornflakes or choco balls with milk, a plate of watermelon and dry bread with jam. The only drink available was coffee. The positive was the location if you’re wanting to stay downtown and the price. It is cheap and you can walk to the main street and there is an outside food court of Mexican food nearby for dinner. Otherwise take an Uber elsewhere.

I can't say much about this hotel because even though we had a reservation through Expedia when we arrived at the hotel we had to sit in the lobby for about 30 minutes and were then told that they didn't have a room for us and that we should go to a different hotel about 10 minutes away. After a long day of travel, we were extremely frustrated. Thankfully the other hotel (Cancun International Suits) was very accommodating. It was a much nicer hotel, and they matched the price that was on our original reservation.
The hotel was in bad condition. When you got into the room you could smell mould and the rooms were very thin, so there was a lot of noise at night from pool table upstairs and cars outside.
Breakfast was coco pops or 3 pieces of sad fruit and bread
Second reservation at this hotel on this trip. They only reserved one room instead of two. This time they managed to get a second room for us. The staff was wonderful both times in trying to help us out.

No room at the Inn
We actually had to find another hotel. Although we had a confirmed booking of two rooms, they only had one room with one bed. They were apologetic but couldn’t accommodate us, even with a confirmed booking. It was late and we were tired. The gal on duty at the time really tried to help us.
