Really good hotel for the price. Nothing fancy like the hotelzone hotels but if you want authentic local vibes downtown is the place to stay and everything is cheaper as well. AC worked good free gated parking was a great perk as well.

NICE LOCATION GOT TO SEE DOWNTOWN CANCUN AMD WAS EASY TO WALK TO BUS STATION FOR AIRPORT TRANSPORT, SMALL ROOM BUT VERY CLEAN A SAFE WOULD BE NICE, VERY SPACIOUS SHOWER.

Luma was such an amazing hotel for our first time in Mexico. The staff at the front desk were amazing, helped us get taxis that weren't trying to over charge us and were overall so polite.

Noisy neighborhood bar that starts to play music at 10 p.m. and it doesn't stop until 04:00 Extremely difficult to sleep with the "thump, thump, thump" going all night. The hotel and room were good. I will not stay at this hotel in the future.

I've stayed here before and I will be staying here again in the future. I was a bit disappointed by the elevator not running this trip, but I was only on the second floor. Also, it was a bit noisy this time due to construction being done next door - but the work is going very fast and shouldn't be a problem for long. It's very close to some great quesadillas and very good restaurants.

This hotel is close to the ADO terminal, very convenient. I spent one night, it was a Friday. I couldn’t sleep because I could hear a lot of people talking and loud music all night. It was very inconvenient to stay in this hotel. Also, the towels that they offered are very old and instead of being white, are grey!

Pretty good
Pretty good location, spacious room but extremely noisy from the club and party hostel nearby. Service was rather inconsistent, on first night there was no water bottle or bath mat but there was on the second night

The hotel is situated in a great location, close to many restaurants, attractions, and grocery stores. The overall environment looks decent. I believe the building would benefit from regular maintenance. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed at the hotel on a Saturday night and experienced a lot of noise late into the night, from 11 pm until the morning. It seemed like my window was facing a lounge or bar. If you are sensitive to loud noises, I would suggest requesting a room that does not face the lounge.
