Liked the daily entertainment, drinks were good, beds were very comfortable, resort was pretty and enjoyed the nature and wildlife. What we didn't like the most was the hot water issue. We didnt have hot water for 3 days and I had maintenance up to fixed the issue on 2 seperate occasions. Although they have many restaurants breakfast is pretty much the buffet, which was nothing special. The schedules for other restaurants were justnot very accommodating. They have 4 restaurants that are reservations only and they can be difficult to get as privileged guist have first dibs. Didn't find any food exceptional.some was good others just ok. Have to add the staff are wonderful and friendly. Always enjoyed our days at the swim up bar. One other plus, your bracelet is your room key. Very convenient.

We recently stayed at Ocean Coral and Turquesa and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory; would have gave no stars. The reservation was made through Expedia and we have booked all the rooms with double beds. Upon checking in at the resort, we all got single bed rooms and didn’t confirm or tell us while giving us our bands. We had wait again for our to get rooms as per our reservations which took another 45 mins. The buffet food quality was quite poor, and there were numerous instances of cross-contamination, making it a concerning choice for those with food allergies. Not much options for vegetarians when there is cross contamination and the staff is not even making any effort to check on that in buffet area. The restaurant reservation system was frustrating, allowing reservations only for the same day, which made planning difficult and resulted in limited dining options. The staff’s lack of friendliness and failure to greet guests left a negative impression. There were no activities for us to do. Additionally, the rooms were very old and in dire need of renovation, which detracted from the overall comfort of our stay. Overall, this resort did not meet the expectations of an all-inclusive experience and I would not recommend it.

We had an amazing week at Ocean Coral & Turquesa in Peurto Morelos! When we arrived they upgraded us from a garden view room to an ocean/pool view room with a king bed for free. All the staff were extremely nice and attentive, especially the Blue Team who are in charge of entertainment. They were full of energy and led so many fun activities every day that I highly recommend participating in. Some of our favourite activities were beach volleyball, Zumba, water aerobics, water basketball, face painting, bowling and the foam party! I’m gluten-free and there were so many delicious options for me at every meal, especially at the Japanese restaurant. On my birthday, the staff delivered a gluten free cheesecake with my name written in chocolate sauce right to our room. On our last day, we had been planning to checkout at noon and then head to the cancun airport to wait around with our luggage all day for a 10:30pm flight. Instead, the staff gave us a late checkout for free, and let us keep wearing our all-inclusive bracelets until our taxi came at 7pm. We essentially got an additional full day of the all inclusive experience for free! Really great trip, can’t recommend this place highly enough :) special thanks again to the Blue Team, room service team, busboy Hector, and all the concierge/ restaurant staff!

I liked the variety of restaurants and delicious food. I also enjoyed the pool and all of the activities. The beach was lovely with hammocks set up for us. We had so much fun that we didn't feel the need to leave the resort at all during the entire week we were there! I didn't like the fact that there was brown water coming out of the bathroom sink. There was also a brown stain near the bathtub. On our last day there wasn't any water so we were unable to take a shower. Other than that, it was great and we had a wonderful stay!

We had a very relaxing holiday at this beautiful resort. The food was great - lots of fresh salads, fruits, fish and meat and the selection at every meal was amazing. Our room was clean with very comfortable beds. The staff at the front desk El Baso were very accommodating. David and his partner were wonderful yoga instructors. Amanda from the activities was very fun and led a fun aqua- exercise class. We enjoyed the restaurants and the coffee place. The smoothies were fresh and taste delicious. Some guests were feeding the wildlife which came out at dusk which was not appropriate- I thought people knew better these days. Like other beaches up the coast and elsewhere the sargassum washed up on the beach but the hotel staff were right on top of it cleaning it all up everyday. We would definitely stay at this resort again. It offered excellent value.

We had a great time at Ocean Coral & Turquesa Resort. The property was so convenient and the staff was awesome - especially Gustavo and Alejandro at the swing up bar - both barmen were outstanding. Our bellman Lenin was also first class. We would defiantly return to this resort.

Staff Hilda, Antonio, Gustavo, Alejandro, Franklin, Jemima, Eduardo. Did a great job provided service fun stay good drinks. Provided safe ride to Puerto Morales. 2nd time staying at Ocean Coral Turquesa, would go back again!!!!
