My husband and I had a great time at RIU KuKulkan. Although I will say that Travel Destination isn’t the best shuttle service to partner with. We landed at 9:43 and by the time we went through customs and got our luggage, our shuttle had left us. We had to call for them to come back. I don’t know anyone that thinks their passengers can just get off the plane and get into the shuttle that quickly! As for RIU, the property is beautiful. Food was not as good as we had hoped. The buffet sometimes had food looking dry or old. The desserts were the same way. For the money you pay, you expect better food. That was the biggest disappointment. That being said, the service was amazing. We had a couples massage at the spa, Victoria and Nadia were great! We had awesome bartenders Emmanuel and Jhony were our favorite pool and beach bartenders. They were always ready! We also took photos with Carlos and Ricardo, who helped us with our anniversary. Ana at the buffet was always there with a smile! Richard the bellman was very helpful. Lastly, we did appreciate the champagne and chocolate that was a surprise for us in room! My only complaint is that the food was bland. Perhaps rally the chefs and rethink some of the menu choices? If they do that - this resort will be 5 star!!

We had a great experience in RIU Palace Kukulkan hotel. The staff were awesome, very kind , very professional. The only thing we didn’t like was the food. Everything tasted the same. I would suggest to work on quality of the food rather than a quantity. Overall, we loved everything about the hotel. We are thinking to coming back again . Thank you for amazing experience. We already miss it.

Overall it was an AWESOME experience for my wife and I. Extremely clean, lots of food, drink choices & all delicious. Great location for shopping & night life. Love the option of the four swimming pools. Excellent staff, they were all super friendly. We will be returning soon.

Nice clean and well maintained property with good food for an inclusive property with friendly staff great location for people that like to shop at luxury designer stores the luxury mall is walking distance plus good restaurants off property nearby and lots of excursion options plus no seaweed or rocks on the beach 😊

It was beautiful!! Everyone was so nice and made Sure you had everything you wanted and needed . Staff is so friendly, food and drinks were delicious.
