"Was great for a small family. Pictures make it look and feel bigger but I think it’s the right size if you don’t like doing a lot of walking. The drinks took some getting used to. Wasn’t sure if it was because they’re healthier or just the type of mixers they use. I got used to it and had a bunch after a while. The staff is super friendly and was not hard to get a drink anywhere in the resort. Would def go back!"

"This place really felt like a blessing the staff really was attentive and so kind. We had a bit of a mix up on my end and they took care of us swiftly and they DID NOT have to it was my mistake but God is good and they were in his will. Customer service is always the major factor for me. Paulina in activities fixed my best friends bracelet out of the kindness in her heart. Stephanie in the Italian restaurant was soooo sweet and really paid attention to us. The Italian and Seafood restaurant were the best the Mexican was average. The buffet is either a hit or miss, they even ask you what your allergies are which is very considerate. Our room was always kept clean and the amenities were amazing. The beach is small and quaint but for me it was just what we needed on our getaway not too crowded and didn’t have to reserve a chair like others mentioned it was an off season so maybe in the summer. They always have events every night so try to get a room on a higher floor if noise bothers you ,however festivities usually end around 10 PM which is more than reasonable. There was activities for kids daily as well so it really is family oriented so I may bring my son back here. I honestly had the best time for my first time visiting Cancún and I would come back to this resort because they exceeded expectations. Thank you Occidental Staff for being so helpful and kind you will see us again."

"First time staying at the Fiesta Americana in the hotel zone. Staff is superb always helpful and polite. Resort is clean and easy to navigate, food was great with lots of options. Several activities available would like to be able to borrow a snorkel or rent a surfboard. Everything is on the app no issues booking reservations. We will be coming back!!"

"This was our second trip to Crown Paradise. Reyes in the pool area and Rubicel at La Palapa made this our favorite trip so far. Thank you both so much, we can’t wait to see you in April!! For those concerned about the change of ownership this year, the only difference we noticed was no live band in the lobby. The Disney show was absolutely wonderful! They are currently modernizing the pool sail system so there was a little bit of construction until about 11am. We appreciate that they consistently make upgrades and have already booked two more stays for 2025. I’m NCGS and am able to find plenty of food without gluten at the buffet. The only night that’s a little iffy is the Asian night. If you have issues with gluten, you may want to let them know so they can help you navigate safe dishes or eat at one of the restaurants where they list allergens on the menu. We read a review that the market no longer set up in the lobby. That’s definitely not true. We had a great time shopping on Saturday night!One of the vendors is making a couple custom items for us so we can pick them up in April!"
