"Overall our experience was wonderful, it was a perfect opportunity to switch off and relax from the pressure of life. The grounds and staff are exceptional and couldn’t do enough for you. "Bit of a mix-up with airport transport on arrival so only 4 stars for that. They’ve changed their contact procedure as a direct result so well done for that. Other than that it’s a peaceful, spotless relaxing oasis, beautiful gardens, lovely staff and the lovely Putu arranged a boat for snorkelling one day and took me on a hike in the countryside to the traditional village and a honey & coffee farm on another day.
