"The highlight of the property is the valet. He also provided transportation to and from Cortina which is a little over a mile away. We didn’t eat at the hotel but rather went into town for our meals. The spa is only average but the service and staff are very attentive. Room 30 or the “romantic suite” is not worth the extra money because the romance tub is a waste of water and space and the room is not well designed."

There were plenty restaurants to go and the hotel breakfast was excellent! The complimentary parking was a bonus!! The staffs were all nice. Check in was little slow, but it was busy check in time. "My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Santer! We stayed in the newer building and the rooms were quite large with a lovely balcony and view. There is a nice walkway underground past the spa to get back to the lobby if it's raining or you don't want to walk outside. The spa is incredible! We did a private spa session which included a jacuzzi bath, sauna, a massage for both of us, and sandwiches/prosecco. It's two hours and totally worth the money!
