Melhor lugar que já ficamos em Canela, tudo simplesmente fantástico, desde a localização, recepção (Túlio e Eduardo), café da manhã maravilhoso, sou intolerante a lactose e se preocupavam em trazer meu leite zero na mesa (Sr. Mauricio e Jojô - uma dedicação com todos), a limpeza do quarto ótima, quarto espaçoso, com ante sala, e um lugar com lareira lindo!!! Ficamos apaixonados por tudo. Tive o privilégio de conhecer a proprietária D. Esther, uma pessoa muito simpática e dedicada com todos os detalhes. Tinha um chá da tarde, lindo, com bolos e as mesas sempre postas. Meu marido fez massagens com a Andréia e adorou.

A pousada é para quem quer realmente descansar e fugir das multidões de Gramado e canela. Decoração muito agradável, tudo de excelente qualidade. A hidromassagem do quarto era muito boa. Tem chá da tarde, café da manhã. O SPA tbm é muito bem decorado. Recomendo para viagens de casal e para um descanso profundo.

Infelizmente a pior experiência que tive na região. 1- SPA tem que ser reservado no check in, chegando la não tem horário. 2-Cama de casal com dois colchões de solteiro, tem que dormir nas pontas da cama. Se fosse um colchão bom, ate ok, mas o pior colchão que deitei na vida 3-Travesseiros tão baixos e já gastos que sinceramente parecia que não tinha 4- Nao tem cortina blackout 5- Zero acústica, escuta o tempo todo a conversa de outros hóspedes. 6 - Fique em qualquer hotel Laghetto, Sky... ou se realmente quiserem luxo, aconselho Casa da Montanha ou Colline de France. Pousada aconchegante (Cabanas tio muller). So fujam daqui porque sera a pior pousada

Ótimo para relaxar
Positivo: Café da manhã muito delicioso e com tudo fresquinho, os pães e café eles trazem diretamente a mesa, e no salão há uma mesa farta. A tarde é servido um delicioso chá de maçã e uma taça de espumante, no primeiro dia recebemos waffle com geleias, nos dias seguintes bolos. O quarto tinha uma cama super confortável com travesseiros confortáveis e lençol térmico (ótimo pros dias frios), além de uma mesa e um sofá. O banheiro tinha toalhas limpas e amenites da loccitane. De cortesia para cada diária há direito a uma massagem relaxante de 30 minutos e um passeio de carro no super carros. Melhorias: O Wi-Fi tinha bom sinal no quarto mas a velocidade era muito lenta, caso pense em trabalhar da pousada esse é um item que pode gerar dificuldade. O estacionamento é pago, porém todo o espaço é aberto, sem segurança. As refeições precisam de agendamento, entendo que isso ajuda na organização, mas acredito que os intervalos poderiam ser menores (a cada 30 minutos e não há cada 1 hora).

No geral não gostamos. O atendimento de check in e check out foi demorado. A funcionária não é agradável. Achei um absurdo pagar 27 reais pra deixar o carro em frente à pousada - segundo a funcionária “taxa simbólica”! Cobram 10% do total da estadia como taxa de turismo - o que eu não havia me atentado na hora da reserva, ou seja, cheio de surpresas. Quarto confortável e café da manhã gostoso, mas também com horários restritos para agendamento pela pandemia. Não volto.

O hotel deixou muito a desejar. As foto geram uma expectativa que não condiz com a realidade. Tudo muito antigo, o quarto é muito barulhento, ficamos escutando todo barulho do quarto de cima, especialmente quando os hóspedes usavam a cama. No frigobar tinha apenas 1 água, solicitamos mais na recepção mas nunca levaram. Tentamos usar o SPA mas somente mais de 3 horas depois que chegamos nos enviaram os serviços oferecidos, quando já era tarde demais para marcarmos. Café da manhã também deixou muito a desejar. Pagamos uma diária bem cara de 670,00 reais e não vale nem a metade disso. Um ponto muito positivo são os funcionários. Todos extremamente educados, atenciosos, e nos trataram muito bem!!

A pousada é uma excelente dica para quem quer sair da movimentação do centro, o atendimento é excelente tratando com muito carinho e deixando o hóspede muito a vontade, café delicioso e com todos os cuidados de distanciamento e higiene. Os únicos itens que poderiam ser melhorados o estacionamento que poderia ser grátis e os travesseiros, no resto estava tudo ótimo.

Hospedagem tranquila e digna, mas não memorável.
A cama é confortável e o quarto também (tudo funcionando). A pousada é antiga e necessita de uma reforma/atualização (isso que paramos na suíte presidencial, a melhor existente). A limpeza também precisa ser aprimorada, principalmente nos tetos, cantos e luminárias (insetos, teias de aranha, etc.). A decoração também precisa ser repensada, pois há muita informação e desconexão, sendo melhor ter menos coisas, o que também auxiliaria na manutenção e limpeza. Há grande potencial do lugar e das instalações, podendo ser visualizado que já teve os seus dias de glória; bastam, apenas, alguns ajustes, para que isso seja restabelecido. Não há possibilidade de pagamento dos extras por cartão de crédito, apenas em dinheiro, transferência ou pelo app do mercado pago. Há cobrança de taxa de serviço de 10% (sobre o total da conta, inclusive a diária) e do estacionamento, este se utilizado (dá para deixar na rua, em frente à pousada).
