The apartment was comfortable, clean, and also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. The location was perfect. The views from the balconies are lovely, and the outdoor furniture makes it even better. I will be back for sure!

Very nice, clean and spacious accommodation. Facilities were good but unfortunately not available until July. Public transport to sights in Valencia was awkward.

Nahezu kein Mensch spricht dort englisch und der Hausmeister / Verantwortliche vor Ort ist telefonisch gar nicht zu erreichen oder hat in einem persönlichen Gespräch dann anscheinend keine Lust auf seinen Job. Ich hatte einige Fragen zu Schlüsseln (Mülltür, Fahrstuhl usw.) aber er zuckte nur mit den Schultern. Vom Anbieter der Unterkunft (Holt) is auch keiner erreichbar….traumhaft. Gebäude steht mitten im Nichts, Auto unbedingt erforderlich.

Sehr schönes Appartement, Achtung Check in im Vorfeld tätigen, sehr hilfsbereites Online Personal, zuvorkommend. Ein Mietauto ist ein Muss. Herrlich in der Nacht, sehr ruhig. Dachterrasse ein Traum.
