"Unfortunately we were mislead by the property manager when booking the property. We explained we would need two separate out buildings each with two bedrooms, to cater for our two families with young children. Unfortunately when we checked in we were told there were 4 separate buildings with one single room in each and one single room in the main house. "The villa is tucked away at the end of a quiet side road in Tibubeneng. It’s some way north of Jl Raya Canggu and you’ll need to leave at least 25-30 minutes to get to the beaches of Canggu by scooter (essential) given the normal S Bali traffic. Once behind the big wooden doors it’s very private with a small but lovely, shaded courtyard garden with plunge pool that gets the sun in the middle of the day. "The villa is located in a very central area, the down side is if you were looking for a zen moment I am not too sure if this is the villa for you. Mrs Sippys is on backing on to the villa so you hear the party times most of the day and night. (They close at 10pm) Villa staff were amazing. We had a few maintenance problems.
