"It is a very cute hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. We loved the lobby, games and complimentary coffee and tea. It is older and shows in the wear and tear in the facility. The balconies do need repair. "

"This is the second time I have stayed at the Malcolm Hotel and once again it did not disappoint. The room was always kept sparkling clean and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet and the food always delicious. It is within walking distance to main street shops as well as boutiques within the Spring Creek development. Until next year......"

"We checked in late and were given a room with a view of the parking lot. The front desk was very helpful and got us another room with a nice view the next day. The hotel was very nice and clean, had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer. The daily housejeeping and washer and driver in the room were great!"
