"Nasi (The front desk lady) was the nicest person I’ve ever met. My wife and I went for our honeymoon and she was so excited for us. She gave us plenty of recommendations and was just spectacular. The hotel was clean and lovely to stay in. A little far from the downtown area but it was fine because we had a car. Try the hamburger at the restaurant!!! It was sooo good! Thanks hotel and hotel lady!"

"Elevator out of service. Nobody in until 9 am to help with luggage. Disappointed with that. Had to empty all of the trash in your room and take to dumpster or you will be charged a fee. Im not a messy person, but i am on vacation and paying a lot to stay at they hotel. Check in is too late 5pm needs to be a little earlier for the price"

"Aside from one rude attendant. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. Exterior entry’s and lobby very clean. The exterior of the building may require a facelift. It’s showing its age. Location was good. The beach restaurant doesn’t look like the photographs and charge for day beds even if you are staying at the hotel. "
