"Stayed for two nights while in Faribault for a work trip. The bed, furniture and bathroom were clean. However, the outlets were dirty, like someone had touched them with food grease on their hands. The staff was short and to the point but that was fine by me. The breakfast was pretty standard. The first night I stayed was a little noisy, and there were some sketchy people outside, however, the second night was just fine. Overall, it was inexpensive and did the job. You get what you pay for. "

"We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s but this exceeded all of our expectations. The owners were WONDERFUL to communicate quickly and often. We were welcomed by fresh flowers and a sweet note. The home has been completely remodeled/updated and decorated so lovely! The sunroom was amazing as was the dock and chairs. Highly recommend. "
