"My family and I had a comfortable time at this property. Location was very accesible with Metro system and it was clean. Quadruple Room was comfortable. "
"Pleasant weekend spoilt somewhat by the fact the air conditioning was not on and the room was warm. It was between the summer and winter season which is why it was not working."
"Lovely staff, greated very warmly and goven lots of helpful information. The coffee machine was free to use and made lovely espressos. Was also free water in a fridge which was lovely to have. Our room was very clean. Bed a bit hard but no big deal. Had a huge bath that myself and wife could both go in. Gorgeous soaps/shower gel to use. Water pressure wasnt great to fill tub or for shower which would be only minor complaint. Would gladly go back."
"The hotel was great but what made it above everything was the staff. Specially Silvio. We lost our bookbag that had our passports in it. It was recovered later but we wouldn't get it until after we left Florence. Silvio went above and beyond to help us with the bookbag. It arrived at the hotel and they will mail it to my house in the states. I appreciate it them for helping us out during such a stressful time of losing our passports. The staff is really a cut above all the rest "
"I love how modern the property looked. This was my first solo trip to Italy and I wanted to use the metro system as my main source of transportation. I love that this hotel was about a 2 minute walk to the metro and very walkable with local restaurants, shops, and even a grocery store. The staff and check in process was very pleasant and it was a bonus that my room was ready before the official check in time."
"Amazing stay and personnel. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, we are really thankful to the check in staff and breakfast host/manager (A.) as she went above and beyond to make sure that our family could get a comfortable table. They also got a little birthday cake for my son, who had his birthday that morning."
"The hotel has some of the friendliest workers. When I checked in, the front desk staff took my luggage to my room in the upstairs annex, even though it didn't have an elevator. They had a minibar close to the front desk, and were very keen to sell me the sparkling water "frissante".
Breakfast was in a room in the main building. It had a good selection of items. "
"I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn North for 3 nights during my business trip to Milan. This a nice no nonsense hotel. The staff is extremely courteous especially at the reception, rooms were clean as well. The USP for me was the location. Nice quiet neighbourhood, 5min walk to metro that takes you downtown in about 25mins, there are couple of supermarkets in walking distance and tons of restaurants. I will stay again at Hilton if I go back. "

"Definitely worth it if you don’t like being right in city center or like taking a bit of a stroll. I really enjoyed walking along the lake to downtown. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff is really great. As frequent hotel guest, I’m not asking for perfection, I need the hotel to be attentive as life happens. The hotel was able to fix issues without interrupting my trip which I appreciate. "
"The property is in an excellent location. Staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay was excellent. We would definitely stay here again."
