"Monica was the friendliest most enthusiastic host we’ve stayed with. Everything from her greeting to the amazing breakfast was perfect. She does a lot of baking, so the breakfast was really a treat and you could also get eggs cooked in various ways. The room was a little small but very comfortable. Parking was on the street, but it was fairly close and easy."
"We absolutely loved this property. The property and amenities were fantastic. The staff were helpful and friendly.
We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be coming back. "
"Such a classic Tuscany location. Beautiful old Watermill turned into a hotel so it is very rustic. Cell phone service on the area is not good but WiFi seemed fine. Pools were nice but not too big and not a lot of space to accommodate all guests. Enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were helpful. "
"My friend and I had such a relaxing time at Relais!! We both got amazing massages from Natalie, the staff helped me figure out how to get to Rome after, the rooms were GORGEOUS, the pool was spectacular and got great poolside drinks, and the food/wine was the best!!! Stay here for a romantic and relaxing getaway surrounded by Tuscany’s beautiful rolling hills and vineyards. Would definitely come back!"

"This was the most picturesque Tuscan inn I could have hoped for! There is a babbling brook in front that helped us fall asleep, the wait staff is so kind and helpful, and taking walks around the property was incredibly beautiful and peaceful. The pool is gorgeous and views unrivaled. The private spa was a highlight, with a hot tub, sauna, and Turkish bath. I cannot wait to go back! "

10/10 Excellent
"This is truly my favorite place in the world—peaceful, beautiful, and filled with the kindest staff. I’m so glad we found it. I didn’t want to leave and joked with my family that I might just run away and stay forever. The location and scenery are absolutely stunning. We enjoyed fantastic meals during our stay—even though the Michelin-starred restaurant wasn’t open, the other dining options were exceptional."

"Gorgeous hotel in an amazing location and we really enjoyed the wine tour and on site restaurant. The only negative was that the shower constantly flooded the bathroom which meant it was difficult to use and some of the furniture had marks on the fabric etc which does spoil the overall look of the room. "This is a great accommodation. Room is spacious, comfortable and updated. Our room was above the Bistro which was great for a glass of wine at the end of the day and coffee and breakfast in the morning. Visit the Brolio Castle for great valley views. Wine tasting at Ricasoli is excellent. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Finally Osteria Brolio the on site restaurant is worth trying good food well prepared. Overall very positive experience highly recommend you visit and stay."
"It was wonderful to stay in a castle in Tuscany no less Every person we met was attentive and kind We were staying near friends and didn’t hang around the grounds much or use the pool but everything seemed well kept It’s really a place to retreat to eat at and sleep at which served our purpose well "
