"The pictures don’t do this property justice. It’s even more amazing in person! It’s so spacious inside and the garden is lovely and big. The bedrooms were lovely and clean with fresh bedding. The bathroom has a lovely shower and separate bath with a good flow and temperature. The hand soap was quite low and when you pressed down it squirted quite far so be careful! Lighting was very cosy in the cottage but in the living room it’s not bright enough to read. Overall, we all had a lovely...

"The photo of the property was misleading. It was surrounded by trees which was ok. The people in the other side of the property parked right outside our only window. The shower could have been cleaner. Not a huge amount of utensils. But the hot tub was fabulous though no massage as advertised, which i was looking forward to. Owners were very nice."

"This is a great alternative to a city centre hotel, the cottage is very clean, quiet and within a short walk to all the attractions of Canterbury. I stayed with my wife and 2 children and we had all we needed for the weekend. Lindsay was a great host and communication was quick. We had no issues at all during our stay and would recommend this cottage."

"Stayed for my wifes birthday with 2 other families. Loads of space for 3 families with younger kids and teens to all hang out without being on top of each other. Only 15min drive to Whitstable. Sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms and we brought two blow up mattresses for the young ones rather than utilising the sofa bed in the communal spaces. Hot tub was fun for everyone, and great big garden for the kids to run around in. Would recommend."

Wonderful historical building, with a host who helped us when we got lost (😂 it was way easier than we made it seem!) as well as giving the goods in regards to their pub recommendation. We had an amazing meal! Also helpful, kind hearted touchea such as washing pods, a teapot AND a kettle to brew a tea as you wonder at the view. "
