Adirondack Country Living: Blue Spruce Tiny House Experience

This memorable tiny house is anything but ordinary! Have you ever wanted to try living in a tiny house? This is your chance for an amazing experience with our cozy tiny house that has just about EVERYTHING you need! The tiny house has a queen bed in the loft and 2 sleeper chairs downstairs. There is a full bathroom with full plumbing, too! Feel like staying in for dinner? We've got you covered! Full kitchen setup with a stove plate, microwave, and counter space to prep, enjoy!

Not only is the tiny house nice and cozy, but it is situated on a large enclosed field providing private access to the field behind the tiny house for badminton and volleyball along with yard games to keep the kids busy! There is also a firepit with wood for guest use in this field. The tiny house has everything you could need to stay from towels and bed linens/blankets to cooking equipment. Need local tips for local eats or healthcare? That's all provided in the guidebook left for you on the kitchen counter. Enjoy some relaxation or get your adventure on with surrounding trails!

Guests have full and private access to the tiny house, driveway, and field behind the tiny house that has a picnic table, propane grill, and a firepit.

We have just recently added another tiny house to our location, so we ask that guests do not roam into the field to the right of the tiny house as that is space for other guests. If you would like to book both tiny houses for your stay, please let us know and we will provide the link to the other tiny house to view. The other tiny house has its own picnic area, grill, and fire pit on the other side of the house so you will not be disturbed by other guests. Thank you!

Weekend Getaway
We stayed at the Cedar house and the queen bed in the loft area was phenomenal. Had a bit of a hard time with the shower, couldn’t get the water to regulate to warm, was either very hot or very cold. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

Cozy Tiny House
We stayed in the Tiny Cedar House rather than the above pictured tiny Adirondack house. It was located on a grassy flat lot along with the Adirondack house and one other tiny/small house, off a beautiful scenic road, 5 min to St Lawrence University and downtown Canton. Pros: 1) very good communication with owner, Dylan. He quickly answered any questions that came up and got us a few more towels promptly when I requested them. 2) Easy check in. House was clean , warm and cozy waiting for us. 3) House had the essentials all squeezed into the tiny space. Cons: 1) Difficult with a larger dog that insists on sleeping with you as the climb to the lofted bed is not easy to get a dog to do or to carry a dog up. 2) the climb to the bed - although we were fine with this, some may not be. it required climbing up boxes, with handles available. Note to owner: the first box was not that sturdy and my husband who is 230lbs was afraid to step on it for fear of it collapsing. I'd hate to see a problem in the future. 3) although the lawn was freshly mowed, we dragged alot of grass clippings in on our feet without realizing at first - quickly gets the tiny space messy. Also, it would be more aesthetically pleasing from the outside if the weeds along the house were cut back and maybe some shrubs or something put in. Just a thought. Overall, the place was quite cozy and we agreed that we would stay there again, just not with our dog. it was very affordable, and Dylan is a great host.

It was cute in concept and would be better if the floors weren't rotting out, it was actually cleaned and dusted. I cleaned the filters myself and wiped down some of the layers of dust. The dust made for an uncomfortable stay for us as we were coughing and sniffling all night and awoke with sore throats.

Tiny House Experience
This was an affordable option to a hotel. I liked it because it was peaceful and didn’t have noise from neighboring rooms etc that you get with a hotel.

Tiny House Rocks
Had a super two day stay at the Tiny House. It's very homey and comfortable. My daughter brought some college friends over to hang out for a while and they loved it too. They are encouraging their parents to use the Tiny House. Don't let its size fool you, you will love this place!

Great stop on our tour of fall colors. We needed a place for our dog to stretch her legs and looked for a quiet country stay. Perfect. Very tiny, as advertised, but peaceful and all we needed!

An unforgettable experience
Literally ….. my kids pulled in to meet us and thought they were staying too. My daughter made a Tik tok video that went viral. She was poking fun at me not the house. The owner has multiple tiny houses - all brand new condition - nice and clean with a great open yard that has picnic table, chairs, fire pit and grill. Awesome experience and great owners.

Fun place to stay!
What a great stay we had in the tiny house! Of course it's small, but the bed was super-comfy, there was coffee, creamer, and oatmeal for breakfast, and response from the host was excellent. Would definitely book again!
