"Our room was quite warm, 25 degree Celsius so we opened windows to get cooler. The breakfast buffet was really good so it made up for the warm rooms."

"The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was a disaster. We waited 90 minutes and would gladly have taken a taxi. if the hotel had a better system for reservation of shuttle, we would have known to use alternate transportation. Minor compensation (a coke) was given"
