Come enjoy this beautiful lakefront home with an easy walk down to the water, a perfect family vacation spot. The Master bedroom is on the main floor with the living room and kitchen. Downstairs has an additional living room/play area, with a sleeper sofa, as well as two additional guest bedrooms. Views are fantastic from both the main floor and downstairs. The home is situated at the end of a peninsula to ensure a bit of privacy and is very close to boat ramps, and a park with tennis and basketball courts.

Canyon Lake Marina is about 20 minutes away, where you can rent a boat or a variety of water toys. Float the Horseshoe, then take in a show at the Whitewater amphitheater, which has become known as the Live Music Show Capital of South Texas. Gruene and Canyon Lake are famous for their abundance of country music shows, dinner eateries, theater venues, and shopping. Wineries abound in the Hill Country, and why not take a trip to the San Marcos outlet malls? Did we mention Antique Shopping? We have the best antique shops around.
